氢燃料电池系统的电-热-湿耦合建模与仿真

Dynamic Modeling and Couplings Analysis of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell System

摘要 为了构建完整的燃料电池系统仿真模型,本文依据分模块化的思想采用集总参数和经验公式相结合的方式分别构建了外部加湿器、冷却水通道、循环水泵、电池堆温/湿度等子系统模型。通过主要参数的阶跃扰动实验验证完整模型的动态特性,仿真结果表明所构建的系统模型能够正确反映系统参数的动态变化和复杂动态特性。 Aiming to establish a comprehensive simulation model of the proton membrane fuel cell system,subsystem models are constructed for the external humidifier,coolant channel,circulating water pump,and stack temperature/humidity using lumped parameters and empirical formulas in accordance with the idea of modularization in this paper.The dynamic characteristics of the entire model are qualitatively verified by step responses of the main systematic parameters.
