摘要
本文旨在研究大跨度斜拉桥索导管定位技术,通过构建基于桥梁设计参数和施工要求的三维坐标系,运用Excel软件编程和CAD建模查询等手段,实现了索导管关键点的精确快速定位。同时,根据索导管定位特征设计了定位板模具,并提出辅助钢板定位技术,以应对复杂条件。实践应用表明,这些技术成果有效提高了索导管定位的精确度和效率,为大跨度斜拉桥建设提供了可靠的技术支持。
This article aims to study the positioning technology of cable ducts for large-span cable-stayed bridges.By constructing a three-dimensional coordinate system based on bridge design parameters and construction requirements,and using Excel software programming and CAD modeling queries,the precise and rapid positioning of key points of cable ducts is achieved.At the same time,a positioning plate mold was designed based on the positioning characteristics of the cable duct,and auxiliary steel plate positioning technology was proposed to cope with complex conditions.Practical applications have shown that these technological achievements have effectively improved the accuracy and efficiency of cable duct positioning,providing reliable technical support for the construction of large-span cable-stayed bridges.
