摘要
汽车上边梁位于A柱上段与C柱上段之间,起到连接A、B、C柱,支撑顶盖横梁的作用,是重要的车身安全防护件之一,它的特点是跨度大、强度高,抗拉强度在780MPa以上。对上边梁的冲压工艺方案进行探索研究,最终完成该典型件的工艺优化,大幅提高了材料利用率,同时增加生产稳定性。
The upper side beam of a car is located between the upper section of the A pillar and the upper section of the C pillar,connecting the A,B,and C pillars,and supporting the top cover crossbeam.It is one of the important body safety protection components,characterized by a large span,high strength,and generally strength above 780MPa.This article explores and studies the stamping process plan of the upper edge beam,and ultimately completes the process optimization of this typical component,greatly improving material utilization and increasing production stability.
