摘要
6061是一种高质量的铝合金材料,具有很高的韧性、良好的焊接性以及抗腐蚀性性能,可用于载重汽车、船舶、航天装置、卡车、电车、模具、电子、家具、抗腐蚀性结构。介绍了6061牌号铝合金圆铸锭,分析了现有生产工艺存在的技术问题,对比原有6063牌号材料的化学成分表进行优化。工厂在6063铝合金圆铸锭生产上取得一定成绩,但高附加值产品6061牌号铝合金圆铸锭生产工艺技术还需提高,对6061铝合金圆铸锭生产进行了工艺优化,通过实验分析并逐步改进,提高了附加值产品效益。
6061 is a kind of high-quality aluminum alloy material,with high toughness,good weldability and corrosion resistance,can be used in trucks,ships,aerospace devices,trucks,trams,molds,electronics,furniture,corrosion resistance structure.This paper briefly introduces 6061 aluminum alloy round ingot,analyzes the technical problems existing in the existing production process,and compares the chemical composition table of the original 6063 aluminum alloy to optimize.The factory has made some achievements in the production of 6063 aluminum alloy round ingot,but the production technology of 6061 aluminum alloy round ingot with high added value needs to be improved.In this paper,the process optimization of 6061 aluminum alloy round ingot production is carried out,and the efficiency of high added value products is improved gradually through experimental analysis.
