摘要
数控加工作为现代机械制造领域的核心技术之一,已经在制造业中广泛应用。它通过计算机控制机床的运动,实现了高精度、高效率、高质量的零件加工,为制造业的发展提供了有力支持。然而,要确保数控加工的质量达到预期水平,需要综合考虑多个因素,包括工艺参数、刀具选择、程序设计、设备维护等诸多方面。探讨了数控加工的质量控制与优化策略,以帮助制造业更好地利用这一关键技术。
CNC machining,as one of the core technologies in the field of modern machinery manufacturing,has been widely used in the manufacturing industry.It realizes high-precision,highefficiency and high-quality parts processing through computer control of the machine tool movement,and provides strong support for the development of the manufacturing industry.However,to ensure that the quality of CNC machining reaches the expected level,it is necessary to consider a number of factors,including process parameters,tool selection,program design,equipment maintenance and many other aspects.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the quality control and optimization strategy of NC machining,so as to help manufacturing industry make better use of this key technology.
