新时代高职院校劳动教育推进路径分析

Analysis on the Path of Promoting Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

随着社会的不断发展,高职院校培养人才的要求也在不断变化,培养具有专业技能与劳动精神的高素质人才已经成为当代高职院校的重要议题。在分析当代高职院校劳动教育现状的基础上,通过探索“工匠精神”与“劳动教育”的内在耦合性,提出了新时代高职院校劳动教育推进策略与路径,并探究其预期实施成效,以期为学生提供更加丰富、全面、有效的劳动教育,真正实现高职劳动教育的宗旨与目标。

With the continuous development of society,the requirements for training talents in higher vocational colleges are constantly changing.Training high-quality talents with professional skills and labor spirit has become an important issue in contemporary higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the current situation of labor education in contemporary higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes the promotion strategies and paths of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era by exploring the internal coupling of"craftsman spirit"and"labor education",and explores its expected implementation results,in order to provide students with more abundant,comprehensive and effective labor education,and truly realize the purpose and goal of higher vocational labor education.
