半封闭Al-Cu合金壳体的砂型铸造工艺研究

摘要 研究了半封闭Al-Cu合金壳体的砂型铸造工艺。使用Novacast软件模拟了充型和凝固行为,采用钢制模具生产砂型铸型,在差压设备炉中进行熔炼浇注。铸件内部质量符合HB 963-2005标准的Ⅰ类件要求,力学性能满足技术指标要求,铸件尺寸精度可达到CT9级的要求。因此,该砂型铸造工艺可以实现半封闭Al-Cu合金壳体铸件的制造。 The sandy mold casting process for semi-closed Al-Cu alloy shells has been studied.Novacast software was used to simulate the filling and solidification behavior,and a steel mold was used to produce the sandy mold.Melting and pouring were carried out in a differential pres⁃sure equipment furnace.The internal quality of the casting reaches the level of Class I parts in HB 963-2005,the mechanical properties meet the technical indicators,and the dimensional accu⁃racy of the casting can reach the requirements of CT9 level.Conclusion:This sandy mold casting process can achieve the manufacturing of semi-closed Al-Cu alloy shell castings.
