摘要
为了满足光伏制造行业领域对材料高强度、高耐蚀性及良好成形性能的需求,马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司基于现有生产设备及工艺特点,通过Nb、Ti微合金化的成分设计,配合合理的热轧、酸轧及热镀锌工艺,成功研发了光伏支架用420 MPa级高强度钢S420GD+Z产品。结果表明,研发的产品生产质量稳定,表面质量良好,力学性能及成型性能等均满足用户技术标准要求。
In order to meet the requirements asked by photovoltaic manufacturing industry for materials with high strength,high corrosion resistance and good formability,Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.successfully developed the S420GD+Z steel products with 420 MPa high-strength for photovoltaic supports depending on the composition design by Nb and Ti microalloying,together with reasonable processes such as hot rolling,acid rolling and hot galvanizing processes based on the existing production equipment and process characteristics.The practice results showed that the steel products were characterized by stable quality in production,good surface quality,and their mechanical properties and formability met the requirements in the technical standard formulated by users.
