摘要
介绍了鞍钢鲅鱼圈7 m焦炉装煤现状。针对焦炉装煤过程中平煤带出余煤过多和装煤量不足问题,采取了抬高平煤杆平煤高度和优化配合煤粒度组成的改进措施。实施后,焦炉有效装煤空间增加约0.36 m^(3),平煤带出余煤量减少约30 kg/次,配合煤中小于1 mm粒度占比降低了3.860个百分点,堆密度提高了15.04 kg/m^(3),平均单孔炭化室装煤量增加,焦炉装煤状态显著改善。
The current situation on the coal charging operation of the 7 m coke oven in Bayuquan Branch of Ansteel was introduced.And then in allusion to these problems such as excessive residual coal taken out by coal leveling during coal charging and coal-charging capacity being insufficient,the improvement measures of raising the coal leveling height of the coal leveling bar and optimizing the the particle size composition of blended were taken.After the measures were put into practice,the effective coal charging space of the coke oven increased by about 0.36 m^(3),the quantity of residual coal which was taken out by coal leveling decreased by about 30 kg each time,the proportion of blended coal smaller than 1 mm decreased by 3.860 percentage points,the bulk density increased by 15.04 kg/m^(3),the average coal loading in single-hole carbonization chamber increased,and the coal loading state of the coke oven was signifi-cantly improved.
