摘要
针对鞍钢7号高炉进入炉役末期,炉缸、炉底侵蚀严重问题,对炉缸破损情况进行了调查,分析了炉缸侵蚀特征及原因,利用高炉中修采用炉缸整体浇注技术修复炉缸内衬,消除安全隐患,开炉后炉况稳定顺行,高炉生产效率提升,利用系数由原来的1.727 t/(m^(3)·d)提高到2.092 t/(m^(3)·d)。
In allusion to the problem that the serious erosion of the hearth and floor of No.7 blast furnace(BF)in Ansteel during its final service occurred,the damaging of the hearth was in-vestigated,and then the characteristics on hearth erosion and causes leading to erosion were analyzed.Based on that the hearth lining was repaired by using the integrally casting technology for the hearth during the intermediate maintenance of BF,which eliminated the potential safety hazard.After the BF was restarted,the furnace condition was in stable and smooth operation,and thus the production efficiency of BF was improved,and the utilization coefficient was increased from 1.727 t/(m^(3)·d)to 2.092 t/(m^(3)·d).
