Bombyx Batryticatus is one of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in China.It has a long and extensive medicinal history.Rich in effective components such as flavonoids,proteins,polypeptides,amino acids,ammonium oxalate,it possesses various pharmaceutical effects including anticonvulsant,promoting blood circulation,relieving cough and reducing phlegm,anticoagulant,and anti-tumor.In this paper,the main medicinal ingredients and research progress of Bombyx Batryticatus are summarized,aiming to provide some theoretical basis for future research and clinical application of Bombyx Batryticatus.
