摘要
利用复合材料制造高速储能飞轮是目前最高效和清洁的储能方式之一。复合材料飞轮转子比强度高,密度低,相比于金属材料飞轮,储能密度高质量轻的优势。本文针对惯性储能设备飞轮转子进行分析,对复合材料飞轮转子进行结构强度分析。首先介绍了飞轮转子的组成,通过飞轮材料性能仿真分析、飞轮转子样件结构强度仿真分析,得到了复合材料飞轮转子旋转过程中的应力分布规律,确定了飞轮转子的结构设计方案。
Using composite materials to manufacture high-speed energy storage flywheels is one of the most efficient and clean energy storage methods at present.The composite flywheel rotor has the advantages of high specific strength and low density,and high energy storage density and light weight compared with the metal flywheel.In this paper,the flywheel rotor of inertial energy storage equipment is analyzed,and the structural strength of the composite flywheel rotor is analyzed.Firstly,the composition of the flywheel rotor,the simulation analysis of the performance of the flywheel material and the simulation analysis of the structural strength of the flywheel rotor sample are introduced.The stress distribution of the composite flywheel rotor in the process of rotation is obtained,and the structural design of the flywheel rotor is determined.
