非物质文化遗产保护传承的实践研究及对策分析——以河南省为例

Practical Research and Countermeasure Analysis on the Protection and Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage——A Case Study of Henan Province

非物质文化遗产是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,其保护传承工作意义重大。系统把握非物质文化遗产的历史价值、文化价值、经济价值、社会价值等多重价值,是推动非物质文化遗产创造性转化、创新性发展的有力支撑。河南历史文化积淀深厚,孕育了丰富的非物质文化遗产,具有种类丰、分布广、价值高和影响大的特点,在加强非物质文化遗产保护传承中形成了一系列卓有成效的实践探索,但同时也面临文化土壤流失、传承后继乏人、传播效能不佳等问题,今后应从挖掘价值、焕发生命力,善作善为、增强保护力,厚植基础、激活原动力,传承教育、注入新活力,守正创新、提升竞争力,数字赋能、提升传播力,加强宣传、扩大影响力七个方面,在融合创新中激发非遗保护传承的动力活力,在推动文化新辉煌中有更大作为。

Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,the protection and inheritance work has great significance.A systematic grasp of the multiple values of intangible cultural heritage,such as historical value,social value,cultural value and economic value,is a strong support to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of intangible cultural heritage.Henan province has a profound historical and cultural heritage,which breeds rich intangible cultural heritage.It is characterized by rich varieties,wide distribution,high value and great influence.Henan province has formed a series of effective practical exploration in strengthening the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,but it also faces cultural“soil loss”,lack of successors,poor communication efficiency and other problems.Based on value evaluation,typical practice case analysis and problem guidance,this article is proposed seven countermeasures and suggestions,such as:tapping the value,radiating vitality;integrity and innovation,enhancing competitiveness;thickening foundation,activating source power;inheriting education,injecting new vitality;digital empowerment,improving communication? power;strengthening publicity,expanding influence;being good at doing well,strengthening the protection power,to stimulate the dynamic vitality of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance in the integration and innovation,and make greater achievements in promoting new cultural brilliance.
