摘要
总结了近年来改性BN在油基切削液和水基切削液两类切削液的研究现状及发展趋势,并对其应用趋势和技术难点进行了分析与讨论,提高BN在液体润滑剂体系中的分散效果、不断降低润滑液成本以及追求绿色环保制备技术将是今后的主要发展方向。
The research status and development trend of modified BN in oil-based cutting fluid and water-based cutting fluid in recent years are summarized,and its application trend and technical difficulties are analyzed and discussed.Improving the dispersion effect of BN in liquid lubricant system,continuously reducing the cost of lubricating fluid and pursuing green preparation technology will be the main development direction in the future.
