摘要
针对现阶段锥筒在定位装夹时存在装夹精度低、装夹直径单一的问题,在分析锥筒结构特征及其装夹定位要求后,建立锥筒自定心装夹模块三维模型。采用有限元方法分析锥筒刚度的薄弱环节,建立了自定心装夹模块涨紧力、下压力和涨紧面积与窗口区变形量之间的关系模型,制定了各影响因素规律的研究方案,并对窗口处圆周径向变形导致的定位误差进行分析。以窗口加工区最大变形量不超过0.03mm作为优化目标,按最终分析结果改进相关参数,搭建的锥筒自定心装夹模块满足性能要求。与现有产品相比,搭建模块实现了550~870mm直径范围的锥筒装夹统一基准,装夹范围得到扩大。
Given the problems of low clamping accuracy and single clamping diameter in the positioning and clamping of the cone at the present stage,after analyzing the structural characteristics of the cone and its clamping and positioning requirements,the three-dimensional model of the cone self-centering clamping module is established,the weak link of the cone rigidity is analyzed by using the finite element method,and the relationship model between the tightening force,downforce and tightening area of the self-centering clamping module and the deformation of the window area is established.The research scheme of the laws of various influencing factors is formulated,and the positioning error caused by the radial deformation of the circumference at the window is analyzed.Taking the maximum deformation of the window processing area not exceeding 0.03mm as the optimization objective,the optimization design is carried out.According to the final analysis results,the relevant parameters are improved,and the cone self-centering clamping module is built to meet the performance requirements.Compared with the existing products,it has realized the unified benchmark of cone cylinder clamping in the diameter range of 550~870mm,and the clamping range has been expanded.
