机制砂亚甲蓝特性及其对混凝土性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取石灰岩、玄武岩和花岗岩三种母岩,以及通过外掺泥粉和石粉,研究机制砂亚甲蓝特性;采用机制砂配制C30、C50混凝土,试验机制砂在不同MB值的情况下,C30、C50工作性、力学性、抗氯离子渗透性的变化情况,试验表明:母岩岩性和石粉含量与MB值大小的相关性较小,而泥粉却是显著影响MB值;C30的坍落度和扩展度,随着MB值的增加呈现出先增大后减小的变化规律,C50的坍落度和扩展度与MB值呈负相关性;适当的MB值有利于提升C30的力学性和渗透性,MB值不利于C50的力学性和渗透性。 Three kinds of matrix,limestone,basalt and granite,as well as through the external mixing of mud powder and stone powder,were selected to study the methylene blue characteristics of manufactured sand.Manufactured sand was used to prepare C30 and C50 concrete,and the workability,me‐chanical properties,resistance to chlorine ion permeability were tested under different MB values.It shows that the lithology of matrix and the content of stone powder have little correlation with the size of MB value,while the mud powder is a significant impact on the MB value.The slump and extension of C30 increase first and then decrease with the increase of MB value,and the slump and extension of C50 has a negative correlation with the MB value.The appropriate MB value is favorable to enhance the mechanical properties and permeability of C30,and MB value is not conducive to the mechanical proper‐ties and permeability of C50.
