摘要
为了提高建筑工程混凝土施工质量与性能强度,避免出现混凝土施工裂缝降低结构承载力与各项使用性能,开展了混凝土施工裂缝控制技术的全方位深入研究。首先,优化设计混凝土配合比,保证混合料强度符合强度检验评定标准的相关规定。其次,依据全过程控制理论,对建筑工程混凝土浇筑作出全过程控制。在此基础上,降温养护处理混凝土,提高混凝土密实性,避免其因温度收缩而开裂。从实例应用分析可知,按照提出技术控制混凝土施工裂缝后,混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度较高,其性能强度得到了显著提升。
In order to improve the quality and performance strength of concrete construction in building engineering,avoiding the occurrence of concrete construction cracks,reducing the structural bearing capacity and various performance,a comprehensive and in-depth study of crack control technology for concrete construction has been carried out.Firstly,the design of the concrete mix proportion was optimized to ensure that the strength of the mixture meets the relevant provisions of the strength inspection and evaluation standards.Secondly,based on the theory of full process control,the entire process control of concrete pouring in construction engineering was carried out.On this basis,cooling and curing the concrete to improve its compactness and avoid cracking due to temperature shrinkage.The application analysis of examples shows that after controlling concrete construction cracks according to the proposed technology,the splitting tensile strength of concrete is relatively high,and its performance strength has been significantly improved.
