绿色施工体系下的建筑工程管理方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决建筑工程施工过程中环境污染和能源浪费等问题,本文以某双创中心项目2号酒店施工为研究对象,利用信息技术实现建筑工程绿色施工管理,在BIM建模技术、无线传感器技术、物联网(IoT)技术和云计算技术4个方面展开研究,并融合智慧工地构建绿色施工体系下的建筑工程管理方案,将其应用于实际工程案例。研究结果表明,基于本文提出的绿色施工体系下融合智慧工地的建筑工程管理方案,其节水效果和减少碳排放量效果明显,节水量和和减少碳排放量随着施工工期的增加,其节水量呈现明显的2次函数曲线,而减少碳排放量呈现明显的幂函数曲线。 In order to solve the problems of environmental pollution and energy waste during the con‐struction process of construction engineering,this article takes the construction of Hotel 2 in a cer‐tain entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship center project as the research object.It used information technology to achieve green construction management of building projects,and conducted research in four aspects:BIM modeling technology,wireless sensor technology,Internet of Things(IoT)technology,and cloud computing technology,and integrates smart construction sites to build a building project management plan under the green construction system,applying it to practical engineering cases.The research results indicate that the construction engineering management scheme based on the green construction system proposed in this article,which integrates smart construction sites,has significant water-saving and carbon emission reduction effects.As the construction period increases,the water-saving and carbon emission reduction show a clear quadratic function curve,while the carbon emission reduction shows a clear power function curve.
