摘要
近年来,装配式建筑在我国建筑行业中得到广泛的关注和应用。为深入研究和探讨装配式建筑的发展现状与应用前景,本文阐述了国内外装配式建筑的发展状况,揭示了装配式建筑建造技术特点,从技术创新、政策支持、市场需求等角度分析了装配式建筑在我国的发展前景,同时指出了目前装配式建筑所面临的挑战以及应对措施。
In recent years,prefabricated construction has been widely concerned and applied in China's construction industry.In order to further study and discuss the development status and application prospects of prefabricated construction.This paper expounds the development status of domestic and international prefabricated construction,reveals the technical characteristics of prefabricated construction,analyzes the development prospects of prefabricated construction in China from the per‐spectives of technological innovation,policy support and market demand,and points out the challenges faced by prefabricated construction at present and countermeasures.
