负载敏感多路阀阀芯组合节流口的空化研究

摘要 针对负载敏感多路阀阀口空化严重的现象,利用Fluent中的多相流模型对多路阀阀芯U+U型组合节流口的空化现象进行仿真分析,通过Solidworks建立具有不同长度C、宽度R、深度b的组合节流口三维模型,将节流口三维模型在Workbench中进行流道抽取,采用Fluent对抽取的流道模型进行模拟仿真,通过对36组数据对比分析,得到了大U型槽的深度、宽度、长度对多路阀阀芯节流口处气体体积分数值的影响规律。 The multi-phase flow model in fluent is used to simulate and analyze the cavitation phenomenon of U+U-shaped combined throttle of multi-way valve core.The three-dimensional model of combined throttle with different length C,width R and depth B is established through SolidWorks.The three-dimensional model of throttle is extracted in workbench,and the extracted channel model is simulated by fluent,Through the comparative analysis of 36 groups of data,the influence law of the depth,width and length of the large U-groove on the gas volume fraction at the throttle of the multi-way valve core is obtained.
