CHDM含量对PETG共聚酯性能的影响

摘要 通过共聚法制备了不同1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)含量的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)。通过旋转流变仪、差示扫描量热仪及万能试验机等研究了CHDM含量对共聚酯流变性能、热性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随CHDM含量的增加,相同温度下的PETG共聚酯动力黏度增加,结晶能力下降,当CHDM含量达到20%时,共聚物由结晶聚合物转变为非晶聚合物。随着CHDM含量的增加,PETG共聚酯的拉伸强度增加而弹性模量和断裂伸长率下降,透光率增加而雾度下降。 Using the copolymerization process,polyethylene terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexanediol ester(PETG)was created with varying concentrations of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM)content.The impact of CHDM concentration on the rheological,thermal,and mechanical characteristics of copolyesters was investigated through the use of a universal testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter,and rotary rheometer.The findings demonstrated that while PETG s ability to crystallize reduced,dynamic viscosity at the same temperature increased as CHDM content increased.The copolymer changed from crystalline polymer to amorphous polymer when the CHDM content reached 20%.The tensile strength of PETG copolyester increases as the CHDM content increases,whereas the transmittance increases,the haze decreases,and the elastic modulus and elongation at break decrease.
