熔体直纺51 dtex/72 f涤纶预取向丝生产工艺探讨

Discussion on the Production Process of 51 dtex/72 f Polyester Pre-Oriented Yarn by Melt Direct Spinning

采用熔体直纺生产51 dtex/72 f涤纶预取向丝(POY),探讨了箱体温度、组件砂配及过滤网、无风缓冷区高度、集束上油位置和含油率及产品物性指标等。经试验得出最佳工艺条件为:箱体温度292℃,无风缓冷区高度50 mm,组件砂配及装砂量100/120目、120 g,组件熔体过滤网1 400目,组件压力15.0 MPa,集束高度750 mm。所纺涤纶POY的含油率为0.38%,断裂强度为(2.70±0.10) cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为(127.7±0.9)%,条干不匀率为(0.94±0.22)%。

The 51 dtex/72 f polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)by melt direct spinning was produced.The spinning box temperature,spinning pack sand ratio and filter screen,height of without wind slow cooling zone,bundle position,oil content,and product physical properties were discussed.The optimal process con-ditions were as follows:spinning temperature 292℃,height of without wind slow cooling zone 50 mm,sand content of 120 g and 100/120 mesh for spinneret pack,1400 mesh melt filter screen,spinneret pack pres-sure 15.0 MPa,bundle height 750 mm.The oil content of spun polyester POY is 0.38%,the tensile strength is(2.70±0.10)cN/dtex,the elongation at break is(127.7±0.9)%,and the unevenness is(0.94±0.22)%.
