兰精纤维自动测油仪标准曲线绘制方法的改进

摘要 对照兰精ALFA 400纤维自动测油仪产品说明书绘制的含油标准曲线,在纤维含油率检测中发现存在以下问题:曲线的准确度较低,曲线的相关性系数<0.999,无法满足公司检测要求。通过对检测方法的改进,采用油剂制作标准溶液代替纤维样品来制作标准曲线,曲线的相关性系数达到了要求,准确度得到了提高。 Compared with the standard oil content curve drawn by Lenzing ALFA 400 fiber automatic oil me-ter product manual,the following problems were found in the detection of fiber oil content:the accuracy of the curve was low,and the correlation coefficient of the curve was<0.999,which could not meet the compa-ny's testing requirements.Through the improvement of the detection method,the standard curve is made by using oil to make standard solution instead of fiber sample.The correlation coefficient of the curve meets the requirement and the accuracy is improved.
