黄金茶品种加工红茶标准化工艺初探

摘要 黄金茶是湘西土家族苗族自治州优异的茶树品种,随着湘西州茶园面积的扩大,红茶消费的兴起,黄金茶品种加工红茶标准化工艺的建立具有重要意义。文章针对黄金茶的品种特性,探索建立了一套红茶标准化加工工艺,适合制成针形红茶、卷曲形红茶和条形红茶,这套工艺操作简便,可行性强,适合在全国种植黄金茶的地区进行推广。 The golden tea is an excellent local tea variety in Xiangxi Prefecture of Hunan Province.With the expansion of tea garden area in Xiangxi Prefecture and the rise of black tea consumption,it is urgent to improve the quality of the black tea made from the golden tea.The article explored and established a standardized processing technology for black tea based on the variety characteristics of the golden tea,which was suitable for making needle shaped black tea,curled black tea,and strip shaped black tea.This technology is easy to operate,highly feasible,and suitable for promotion in regions where golden tea is grown nationwide.
