摘要
学术欺凌是发生在高等教育机构与学术场域中的欺凌,比中小学的校园欺凌和一般职场欺凌更为复杂与隐蔽。学术欺凌涉事主体多元,存在多重欺凌关系;欺凌场所封闭,欺凌行为隐蔽;侵害与利益相伴生,申诉存在道德两难。大学的等级制结构与崇尚自治的组织文化,也在一定程度上助长并复刻了欺凌行为。这导致学术欺凌虽然发生范围广、持续时间长,但是辨识难度高,容易被忽略。澄清学术欺凌的概念、属性与类型,有助于将学术欺凌纳入组织学习,唤醒学术界防范学术欺凌的意识。
Academic bullying is a kind of bullying that occurs in institutions of higher education and academic fields,which is more complex and covert than campus bullying in primary and secondary schools and workplace bullying.Academic bullying involves multiple subjects and relationships.The bullying place is closed and the bullying behavior is concealed.Since infringement and benefit go hand in hand,there is a moral dilemma for victims to appeal.The hierarchical structure of universities and the organizational culture that values autonomy also contribute to replication of bullying.Therefore,although academic bullying occurs in a wide range and lasts for a long time,it is difficult to identify and easy to be ignored.Clarifying the concept,peculiarities and types of academic bullying is helpful to incorporate academic bullying into organizational learning and awaken the awareness of preventing academic bullying in academia.
