摘要
进入新时代以来,高校“师者”的核心内涵正以对典范本源的传承延续、对教育实践的有序契合、对行业场域的深度融入、对教育生态的迫切优化为方向不断嬗变,需要进一步找准高校教师的核心胜任力。普适性视角下高校教师胜任力的通用架构包括基于社会人的道德担当能力、基于知识人的学术推进能力、基于经济人的创新整合能力、基于完整人的劳动释压能力。但在“双一流”建设视野中,高校教师核心胜任力则涵盖面向未来知识管理的学术能力、面向现代高校治理的组织能力、面向多种样态教学的混融能力、面向世界教育理解的开放能力、面向中国现代教育的培智能力等复合型能力要素,需要聚焦“双一流”建设中的新形势、新要求,着力塑造教师核心胜任力。同时,要不断加强社会教育群落中的系统性支持和学校教育生态中的前瞻性引导,为高校教师核心胜任力的提升提供坚实保障。
Since entering the new era,the core connotation of"teacher"in universities is constantly evolving in the direction of inheritance and continuation of the canonical origin,orderly correspondence to educational practice,deep integration into the industry field,and urgent optimization of educational ecology.So it is necessary to further identify the core competencies of university teachers.From the perspective of universality,the general framework of university teachers'competencies includes the moral responsibility ability based on social man,the academic promotion ability based on knowledge man,the innovation integration ability based on economic man,and the labor pressure relief ability based on integrity man.However,from the perspective of"double first-class",the core competencies of university teachers include academic ability oriented to future knowledge management,organizational ability oriented to modern university governance,blending ability oriented to various types of teaching,opening ability oriented to world education understanding,and intellectual cultivation ability oriented to Chinese modern education,which requires a focus on the new situation and new requirements in the construction of"double first-class"and strive to shape the core competencies of teachers.Meanwhile,it is essential to continuously strengthen the systematic support in the social education community and the forward-looking guidance in the school education ecology,so as to provide a solid guarantee for the improvement of the core competencies of university teachers.
