Research and Improvement of the Current Situation of the Teaching Staff under the Background of Double High Plan

“双高计划”战略部署引领新阶段职业教育,促使职业教育高质量发展。对于“双高计划”的实施,创新型、高素质专业化发展的师资队伍至关重要。本次调研选取北京市7所“双高计划”建设单位作为调研对象,采取网络调研、文献调研的方式,从教师结构、教师教学能力上,对教师队伍如今的发展现状进行统计分析和比较,总结出教师发展存在的问题,坚持以人为本、能力为重、质量为要,守正创新,提出提升师资队伍建设的有效路径,为高职院校师资队伍高质量建设提供助力。

The strategic deployment of the Double High Plan leads the new stage of vocational education and promotes its high-quality development.To complete the construction task of the Double High Plan,it is necessary to have a creative,high-quality and professionally-developed team of teachers.This survey selected seven Double High Plan colleges in Beijing as the research object,and adopted the methods of network research and literature research to carry out statistical analysis and comparison of the current development status of teachers from the aspects of teacher structure,teachers’teaching ability,and summed up the existing problems of teachers’development.Effective ways to improve the construction of teaching staff are proposed,adhering to the principle of people-oriented,ability first,quality first,and innovation and provide assistance for high-quality construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
