精细化的社区治理离不开“情感”这一要素的投入。本文将“情感”作为治理的手段,以武汉“一刻钟便民服务圈”建设为例,深入分析“情感认同”能够激发社区共同体建设的运作逻辑,并总结出其助推社区治理共同体构建的四条路径:构建社区与居民共同的利益联结;提升居民对社区共同体认知;提高居民的社区治理主体意识;赋予社区强大的内在动力。

Refined community governance is inseparable from the input of emotion.Taking emotion as a means of governance,this paper takes the construction of Wuhan’s one quarter convenience service circle as an example,deeply analyzes the operational logic of emotional identity to stimulate the construction of community,and summarizes four paths to promote the construction of community governance-build a common interest connection between the community and residents;raise residents’awareness of the community;raise residents’awareness of community governance;empower communities with strong intrinsic motivation.
