多级A/O-MBR工艺在垃圾渗滤液应急处理中的应用

摘要 云南山区某垃圾填埋场的垃圾渗滤液处理站因规模小,导致垃圾渗滤液溢流严重,亟需新建一套废水处理系统。该填埋场垃圾渗滤液具有氨氮、TN偏高和碳氮比低的特点,且水量、水质波动大,有机物难降解,采用传统工艺处理很难达标。采用分段进水多级A/O工艺,同时结合平板MBR技术,将其应用于一体化设备的模块化设计,实现了垃圾填埋场500 m^(3)/d的渗滤液溢流废水处理,出水COD、氨氮、TN、TP平均值分别为47.8、8.8、37.9和0.57 mg/L,达到了《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表2的排放要求,同时满足该项目占地小和施工周期短的要求,为该类型的应急废水治理提供了新思路。 Due to its small scale,the leachate treatment station in mountainous area of Yunnan Province has caused serious overflow of leachate,and it is urgent to build a new wastewater treatment system.The landfill leachate is characterized by high ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen(TN)and low carbon to nitrogen ratio.In addition,the wastewater quantity and quality fluctuate greatly,and the organic contaminants are difficult to degrade,making it difficult for traditional treatment processes to meet the discharge standard.The project adopted a multi-stage A/O process,combined with flat MBR technology,and applied it to the modular design of integrated equipment,achieving the treatment of 500 m^(3)/d of leachate overflow wastewater in the landfill.The average values of effluent COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP were 47.8,8.8,37.9 and 0.57 mg/L respectively,which met the limits of table 2 specified in Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008),and also met the requirements of small footprint area and short construction period of the project.The project provides a new idea for this type of emergency wastewater treatment.
