多约束排队系统的随机模拟与统计分析

Random Simulation and Statistical Analysis of Multi-Constrained Queuing System

摘要 将排队系统文献中出现的负顾客、重试可修、N-策略、工作性休假、可反馈等概念看作是在基本排队系统基础上增加的约束条件.在详细分析各种约束条件的基础上,我们依照多约束排队系统中各个离散事件发生的时间顺序,给出了多约束排队系统的随机模拟算法;运用数理统计的方法,得到了各种排队系统评价指标的估计;并通过模拟例子,研究了复杂多约束排队系统的统计特性. In this paper,the concepts appeared in the literature on queuing systems in recent years,such as negative customer,retry and repairable systems,N-policy,working vacation,feedback,and so on,are regarded as additional constraints on the basic queuing system.Based on the systematic analysis of various constraints,the stochastic simulation algorithm of multi-constrained queuing system is presented according to the chronological order of discrete random events occurrence.Then,by using the statistical method,the estimation of various key indexes of evaluation queuing system is obtained.As the simula-tion examples,the statistical characteristics of basic queuing system and multi-constrained queuing system are studied.
