水性聚氨酯海洋防污涂层构建及控释机理研究

摘要 针对海洋防污涂料的环保要求,通过调控聚己内酯及聚四亚甲基醚二醇的用量,合成一系列可降解水性聚氨酯。水性聚氨酯薄膜吸水率及降解率随着聚己内酯链段用量增加而增加,其降解速率随温度增加而增加。水性聚氨酯海洋防污涂层的DCOIT释放速率与其降解速率正相关,可以通过调控WPU-PCLX的降解速率,从而控制WPU-PCLX海洋防污涂层的DCOIT释放速率。 In order to meet the environmental requirements for marine antifouling coatings,a series of biodegradable waterborne polyurethanes were synthesized by controlling the amounts of polycaprolactone and polytetramethylene ether glycol.The water absorption and degradation rates of the waterborne polyurethane films increased with an increase in the polycaprolactone segment dosage.Furthermore,the degradation rate of the water-based polyurethane increased with temperature.The release rates of DCOIT in the waterborne polyurethane marine antifouling coatings were positively correlated with its degradation rate.Therefore,by regulating the degradation rate of WPU-PCLX,the release rate of DCOIT in the WPU-PCLX marine antifouling coatings can be controlled.
