基于Belk情境理论的高危情境识别在重症医学科护士职业暴露预防中的应用效果

Effect of High-Risk Situation Recognition in the Prevention of Occupational Exposure of Emergency Nurses Based on Belk Situational Theory

目的探讨基于Belk情境理论的高危情境识别在重症医学科护士职业暴露预防中的应用效果。方法便利抽取重症医学科护士70名,分为对照组(36例)和试验组(34例)。对照组护士接受常规职业暴露预防及管理,试验组护士则接受基于Belk情境理论的高危情境识别的职业暴露预防及管理。比较两组护士职业暴露发生率、职业暴露预防及处理的理论知识与实践技能掌握率及教学体验度。结果试验组护士职业暴露发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组护士职业暴露类型、发生时机差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组护士职业暴露预防及处理的相关理论知识及实践技能掌握率、教学体验度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Belk情境理论开展重症医学科护士职业暴露的高危情境识别,可提升其职业暴露预防及处理相关知识掌握率,从而预防职业暴露的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of high-risk situation recognition based on Belk situational theory in the prevention of occupational exposure of emergency nurses.Methods A total of 70 nurses in the emergency department were conveniently selected,and they were divided into 36 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the experimental group.The nurses in the control group were given routine occupational exposure prevention and management,while the nurses in the experimental group implemented occupational exposure prevention and management based on the Belk situational theory to identify high-risk situations.The incidence of occupational exposure,the mastery rate of theoretical knowledge and practical skills and teaching experience of occupational exposure prevention and treatment between the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The incidence of occupational exposure among the experimental group nurses was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically difference in the type and timing of occupational exposure between the two groups of nurses(P>0.05).The mastery rate of theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to occupational exposure prevention and management,as well as the teaching experience of the experimental group of nurses,were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The identification of high-risk situations of occupational exposure of emergency nurses based on the Belk situational theory can improve their knowledge of occupational exposure prevention and handling.
