G+OEC护理模式在经导管主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用效果

Application of the G+OEC Nursing Model in Patients Undergoing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Bioprosthetic Replacement

目的分析G+OEC护理模式在经导管主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法以郑州市第七人民医院2018年4月至2023年4月收治的120例接受经导管主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术治疗的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组接受常规术后护理模式,观察组接受G+OEC护理模式。比较两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、肾上腺素以及皮质醇水平。使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)以及汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD),评价两组患者的情绪状态。比较两组患者并发症发生率。结果术后1 d,两组患者收缩压、舒张压、肾上腺素、皮质醇水平以及SCL-90量表、BAI量表以及HAMD量表总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后10 d,观察组患者的SCL-90量表、BAI量表以及HAMD量表总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后10 d内,观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论G+OEC护理模式能够缓解行经导管主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术治疗患者的负面情绪,降低术后并发症发生概率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of G+OEC nursing model in patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve bioprosthetic replacement(TAVR).Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent TAVR between April 2018 and April 2023 were included in this study.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received the G+OEC nursing model.Systolic and diastolic blood pressure,epinephrine,and cortisol levels were compared between the two groups.The symptom checklist-90(SCL-90),Beck anxiety inventory(BAI),and Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the emotional status of the patients.The occurrence rates of complications in both groups were compared.Results On the first day after surgery,there were no significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure,epinephrine,cortisol levels,SCL-90,BAI,and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05).On the tenth day after surgery,the SCL-90 scale,BAI scale and the total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Within 10 days after surgery,the overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion G+OEC nursing mode can clearly alleviate the negative emotions of patients treated with transcatheter aortic valve bioprosthetic valve replacement,significantly reduce the probability of postoperative complications.
