摘要
目的分析叙事护理结合同伴教育对视网膜脱离患者自护能力与负面情绪的影响。方法选择郑州大学第一附属医院2022年1月至2023年1月收取的86例视网膜脱离患者,以随机掷骰子法分成两组(对照组、观察组),各43例,依次行常规护理、常规护理联合叙事护理,对比两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组自护能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组相比,观察组自护能力评分更高(P<0.05)。护理前,两组SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组依从性比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对视网膜脱离患者,采用叙事护理结合同伴教育可提高患者自护能力,缓解负面情绪,患者依从性更高。
Objective To analyze the effect of narrative nursing combined with peer education on the self-care ability and negative emotions of patients with retinal detachment.Methods A total of 86 patients with retinal detachment collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups(control group and observation group)by random roll of dice,with 43 cases in each group.They received routine nursing and routine nursing combined narrative nursing,respectively.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with retinal detachment,narrative nursing combined with peer education can improve patients’self-care ability,relieve negative emotions,and improve patients’compliance.
