以业务再造理论为基础的院内急救护理流程在急腹症患者中的应用

摘要 目的分析以业务再造理论为基础构建院内急救护理流程在急腹症患者中的应用效果。方法采用前瞻性分析法,将2021年6月至2022年6月郑州大学第一附属医院60例急腹症患者纳入对照组,将2022年7月至2023年7月郑州大学第一附属医院60例急腹症患者纳入观察组。对照组患者接受常规急救护理干预,构建并给予观察组患者以业务再造理论为基础的院内急救护理干预。对两组患者的急救质量、并发症、疼痛评分、负性情绪、满意率进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的急诊科观察时间、分诊时间、接诊-确诊时间、接诊-治疗时间均缩短(P<0.05),观察组患者的分诊失误率降低(P<0.05),抢救成功率升高(P<0.05),观察组患者的急性呼吸窘迫综合征、高热、感染、休克的总发生率降低(P<0.05),观察组患者的视觉模拟疼痛、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均降低(P<0.05),观察组患者的总满意率升高(P<0.05)。结论急腹症患者经以业务再造理论为基础的院内急救护理干预能够改善急救质量,减少并发症发生,改善疼痛和负性情绪,提高患者满意率。 Objective To analyze the application effect of constructing an in hospital emergency nursing process based on business reengineering theory in patients with acute abdomen.Methods Using prospective analysis,60 patients with acute abdomen in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2021 to June 2022 were included in the control group,and 60 patients with acute abdomen in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2022 to July 2023 were included in the observation group.The control group patients received routine emergency nursing interventions,while the observation group patients constructed and received hospital emergency nursing interventions based on business reengineering theory.The quality of first aid,complications,pain scores,negative emotions,and satisfaction rates between the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation time,triage time,diagnosis and treatment time in the emergency department of the observation group patients were shortened(P<0.05).The triage error rate of the observation group patients was reduced(P<0.05).The rescue success rate was increased(P<0.05).The total incidence of acute respiratory distress syndrome,high fever,infection and shock in the observation group patients was reduced(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale,self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale score in the observation group patients were also reduced(P<0.05).While the overall satisfaction rate of the observation group patients increased(P<0.05).Conclusion In-hospital emergency nursing interventions based on business reengineering theory can improve the quality of emergency care,reduce complications,improve pain and negative emotions,and increase patient satisfaction in patients with acute abdomen.
