七星瓢虫对核桃黑斑蚜捕食行为的初步研究

Study on the predation behavior of Coccinella septempunctata on Chromaphis juglandicola

为探索七星瓢虫对害虫核桃黑斑蚜的捕食行为,调查了光照培养箱不同温度培养条件下七星瓢虫对核桃黑斑蚜的捕食量,并用体视显微镜观察了室温下七星瓢虫对核桃黑斑蚜的捕食行为。经调查,在15~35℃范围内,随着温度升高,七星瓢虫对核桃黑斑蚜的捕食量呈上升趋势,温度为35℃时捕食量最大,为382.38头,温度为15℃时捕食量最小,为163.75头。观察发现七星瓢虫捕食核桃黑斑蚜的方式以积极搜索式为主,捕食行为主要包括搜寻、捕捉、嚼食、梳理、静止、展翅和排泄。将饥饿处理24 h后的七星瓢虫放入核桃黑斑蚜种群,0~4 h内其搜寻和梳理行为的发生频率较高,4~8 h内最为活跃且展翅行为发生频率最高。研究结果可为合理利用天敌七星瓢虫防治核桃黑斑蚜提供依据。

This study investigated the predation behavior of Coccinella septempunctata on Chromaphis juglandicola,the daily predation amount of Coccinella septempunctata on Chromaphis juglandicola was observed under different temperature conditions in a light incubator,and the predation behavior was observed using a stereomicroscope.Within the tempreture range of 15-35 C,the daily predation of Coccinella.septempunctata on Chromaphis juglandicola increased as the temperature rose,and the highest daily predation amount was recorded at 35 C,reaching 382.38 individuals,while the lowest at 15℃,with 163.75 individuals.The predation behavior of Cocinella septempunctata on Chromaphis juglandicola was mainly of the active search type.Its predation behaviors included searching,catching,chewing,grooming,resting,wing spreading,and excretion.The frequency of searching and grooming behaviors of Coccinella septempunctata was higher within 0-4 hours after a 24-hour starvation treatment,and the frequency of wing spreading behaviors was most active within 4-8 hours.These results could form a theoretical basis for the rational use of the natural enemy,Coccinella septempunctata,in controling Chromaphis juglandicola.
