摘要
正渗透净水技术具有零外力驱动、膜污染小、净水效果好等特点,可应用于应急救援、野外作业等领域。以自主研制的正渗透便携式净水装置为研究对象,采用质量浓度为50%的复配糖溶液做汲取液,分别进行不同水质条件的净水试验,并探究环境温度对装置净水性能的影响,以评价正渗透净水装置净水能力与系统稳定性。研究表明:正渗透净水装置可以很好地截留原液中的有害物质,原液含盐量越低,净水速率越高;随着温度增加,正渗透净水装置净水速率增大;不同环境温度下,正渗透净水装置能够完成不同水源水质的净化,保障饮水安全。
The positive osmosis water purification technology has the advantages of zero external force drive,low membrane pollution and good flocculation results,and is suitable for outdoor and emergency rescue water purification devices.This research selected the self-developed multi-person forward osmosis portable water purification device as the research object,used 50%compound sugar solution as the dip liquid,conducted water purification experiments with different water quality conditions,and explored the effect of environmental temperature on the device's water purification performance.The water purification capacity and system stability of the forward osmosis water purification device was evaluated.The research shows that the forward osmosis water purification device can well retain the harmful substances in the original liquid.The lower the salt content of the original liquid,the higher the water purification rate.The water purification rate of the forward osmosis water purification device increases with the temperature increasing.The forward osmosis water purification device can complete the purification of different water sources at different ambient temperatures,and ensure the safety of drinking water.
