摘要
在铁矿采选行业选矿厂中历史较为久远的选矿厂建设时设计的湿式除尘器排口颗粒物排放浓度执行《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB 16297—1996)中120 mg/m^(3)的要求,自2015年1月1日起执行《铁矿采选工业污染物排放标准》(GB 28661—2012)中20 mg/m^(3)的要求。为提升选矿厂现场作业环境,保障有组织废气污染物稳定达标排放,降低超标排放的环保风险,湿式除尘器升级改造在铁矿采选行业选矿厂中具有广泛的应用前景和重要意义。
The emission concentration of particulate matters at the outlet of a wet dust collector designed during the construction of a concentrator with a long history in iron ore mining and dressing industry shall meet the requirement of 120 mg/m^(3)in the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants(GB 16297—1996),and the requirement of 20 mg/m^(3)in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Iron Ore Mining and Dressing Industry(GB 28661—2012)shall be met from January 1,2015.In order to improve the on-site working environment of a concentrator,ensure the stable up-to-standard discharge of organized waste gas pollutants and reduce the environmental protection risk of excessive discharge,the upgrading of wet dust collectors has a wide application prospect and great significance in concentrators of iron ore mining and dressing industry.
