摘要
随着硫化锌精矿中的镁持续进入到湿法炼锌系统,并在湿法炼锌系统中不断循环和富集,驰宏会泽冶炼锌湿法冶炼流程溶液Mg 2+的含量已经达到20 g/L以上,严重影响锌电极效率,文章采用氟化锌进行化学沉淀法除镁,利用氟化镁在溶液中的溶解度低于氟化锌,从而有效降低溶液中Mg 2+的含量,在反应温度70℃、反应30 min,溶液的除镁效率达到了85%以上。
As magnesium in zinc sulfide concentrate continuously enters the zinc hydrometallurgy system and is constantly circulated and enriched in the zinc hydrometallurgy system,the content of Mg 2+in the solution of the zinc hydrometallurgy process of Huize Smelting Branch of Chihong has reached more than 20 g/L,which seriously affects the efficiency of zinc electrode.In this paper,zinc fluoride was used for chemical precipitation method to remove magnesium,and the solubility of magnesium fluoride in the solution was lower than that of zinc fluoride,thus effectively reducing the content of Mg 2+in the solution.When the reaction temperature is 70℃and the reaction duration is 30 min,the magnesium removal efficiency of the solution reaches more than 85%.
