摘要
概述了细菌纤维素和水凝胶两种材料的优势,综述了功能性细菌纤维素水凝胶的制备及其功能化方法,介绍了原位合成法、异位合成法中的浸渍法、溶解再生法的原理、优缺点及相关研究进展。基于细菌纤维素水凝胶具有优异的机械性能、生物相容性、可降解性和可修饰性等诸多特性,总结了细菌纤维素基水凝胶在传感器领域的最新进展,包括应变传感器、pH传感器和热传感器、电响应传感器、湿度传感器。最后对细菌纤维素基水凝胶的发展前景进行了展望。
The advantages of bacterial cellulose and hydrogels,the preparation and functionalization methods of functional bacterial cellulose hydrogels were reviewed.The principles,advantages and disadvantages of in situ synthesis,impregnation and dissolution regeneration methods in ectopic synthesis were introduced.Based on the excellent mechanical properties,biocompatibility,degradability and modifiability of bacterial cellulose hydrogels,the latest progress of bacterial cellulose hydrogels in the field of sensors was summarized,including strain sensor,pH sensor,thermal sensor,electric response sensor and humidity sensor.Finally,the development prospect of bacterial cellulose based hydrogels was prospectured.
