装配式建筑将主要构件通过工厂批量化生产、现场组装的方式,具有施工周期短、环境影响小、工程质量容易控制等优点,是“十四五”城轨高质量发展的重要方向之一。本文以某城市轨道交通装配式地下车站为研究对象,基于概算资料和市场调研分析,对装配式地下车站费用构成进行分析,为类似工程的方案比选和投资控制提供参考。

Prefabricated construction,through mass production of main components in factories and on-site assembly,possesses advantages such as short construction cycles,minimal environmental impact,and easily controlled engineering quality.It is one of the directions for high-quality development of urban rail transit during the'14th Five-Year Plan'period.This paper takes a prefab underground station of a city's rail transit as the research subject,and based on budgetary information and market research analysis,examines the cost composition of the prefabricated underground station,providing a reference for scheme comparison and investment control in similar projects.
