镍基镁渣催化剂对生物质焦油模化物催化重整特性实验研究

Experimental study on catalytic reforming characteristics of biomass tar model compounds with nickel-based magnesium slag catalyst

摘要 采用湿浸渍法制备Ni/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)和Ni/MS(magnesium slag)催化剂,选择糠醛、甲苯、萘、芘作为生物质焦油的模化物,研究不同镍基催化剂对四类焦油模化物在固定床反应器内进行催化重整的重整特性。结果表明,Ni/MS催化剂在催化所有模化物的重整反应时,气相碳转化率和气体产率均明显高于Ni/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂。当水分子物质的量与碳原子物质的量之比为1.5时,糠醛的气相碳转化率达到最高值86.54%。X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,Ni/MS催化剂上存在的多种固溶体(NiO-Fe_(2)O_(3)、NiO-MgO)形成了多种活性位点。 Ni/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)and Ni/MS(magnesium slag)catalysts were prepared by the wet impregnation method,and furfural,toluene,naphthalene,and pyrene were selected as biomass tar analogues to study the catalytic reforming of four tar model compounds in a fixed-bed reactor using different nickel-based catalysts.Results show that when Ni/MS catalyst is used to catalyze the reforming of all tar analogues,the gas-phase carbon conversion rate and gas yield are significantly higher than those of Ni/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst.When the amount of substance of water molecule and carbon atom is 1.5,the gas-phase carbon conversion rate of furfural reach the highest value of 86.54%.X-ray diffraction characterization(XRD)shows that the multiple solid solution(NiO-Fe_(2)O_(3),NiO-MgO)on the Ni/MS catalyst form multiple active sites.
