变风量空调系统的风量平衡调试

摘要 变风量末端装置(VAV BOX)是变风量空调系统的核心组成部分。本文借助于楼宇自控系统(BAS)对装有压力无关型单风道VAV BOX的变风量空调系统的单机风量调试及风管系统平衡调试作了介绍。VAV BOX的单机风量调试主要是VAV BOX的风量标定,风管系统平衡调试主要是各手动风阀的开度调试。 The variable air volume terminal units(VAV BOX)are the core component of the variable air volume air conditioning system.This paper introduces the methods of testing VAV terminal units and balancing duct network of a variable air volume air conditioning system equipped with pressure independent single duct VAV BOXs with the help of building automation system(BAS).The main work of unit testing for a VAV BOX is the air volume calibration of the VAV BOX,and the main work of duct network balancing is the opening adjusting of each manual damper.
