浅析高职院校的“工匠精神”培育

Cultivation of Craftsmanship in Higher Vocational College

大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神已成为新时代国家培养高素质、复合型技术技能型人才的时代主题,也是高职院校培育具有工匠精神、匠心人才的必然要求。高职院校工匠精神培育的时代价值主要体现在:加速新时代“中国制造”的转型升级、推动职业教育领域的系统性变革、促进高职院校文化建设与软实力发展、提升高职学生的综合素质与职业竞争力。当下,高职院校工匠精神培育遇到了思想意识局限性、教学目标片面性以及校企合作培育的现实缺位等瓶颈问题。据此,可提出高职院校工匠精神培育的实施途径,即塑造校园工匠文化氛围、教学做目标相统一、开展深度产教融合、打造“双师型”教学队伍,以为高职院校工匠人才培养提供经验借鉴。

Vigorously promoting the spirit of model workers,labour spirit and craftsmanship has become the theme of the new era for China to cultivate high-quality,complex technical and skilled talents as well as the inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents with the craftsmanship.The value of cultivating craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges is mainly embodied in accelerating the transformation and upgrading of“Made in China”in the new era,promoting systematic changes in the field of vocational education,promoting the development of cultural construction and soft power in higher vocational colleges and enhancing the comprehensive quality and vocational competitiveness of higher vocational students.Nowadays,cultivation of craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges encounters practical bottlenecks such as ideological limitations,one-sided teaching goals and the lack of school-enterprise cooperation,etc.Based on this,implementation methods for cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges can be proposed,including shaping the campus craftsmanship culture atmosphere,unifying teaching objectives,carrying out deep integration of industry and education,and building a“dual teacher”teaching team,providing experience and reference for the cultivation of craftsmanship talents in higher vocational colleges.
