宇航电推进产品多余物防控的认识与实践

摘要 多余物预防与控制是宇航产品研制生产中的重点与难题,是电推进产品实现批量稳定生产的基础。通过分析电推进产品的特性、设计结构及应用条件,识别多余物来源及对产品可能造成的危害,确定出产品实现全过程的多余物防控环节及控制、检测手段,并在多个规格的通用产品上进行了实践。该项研究成果可作为后续新开发电推进产品多余物防控的依据,以及其他同类产品多余物防控的参考。 Redundancy prevention and control are the emphasis and difficulty in the development and producing of aerospace products,they also are the basis of the stable batch production of electric propulsion products.By analyzing the characteristics,design structure and application conditions of the electric propulsion products,the source of the redundancy and its possible damage to the product can be identified,the whole-process redundancy prevention,control links,control and detection means of the product can be determined and have been practiced on generic product of multiple specifications.The work can be used as the basis of the redundancy prevention and control in the follow-up electric propulsion product development,it can also be used as the reference of the redundancy control in other product developments.
