摘要
为严格控制研制成本,低成本卫星和商业卫星无法选择传统宇航级元器件,而是选择普军级、工业级,甚至是商用货架(Commercial Off-The-Shelf, COTS)元器件。同时为了保证卫星满足高可靠、长寿命的基本要求,有效手段之一是根据应用等级的要求选择元器件以及合适的可靠性冗余设计。但是,研制成本、布局包络和可靠性冗余设计之间存在互相制约的关系,为此在确定元器件可靠性冗余设计与应用等级关系的基础上,结合层次分析法,确定了一种元器件选型流程,该流程可为后续低成本卫星和商业卫星的元器件选型及可靠性冗余设计提供支撑。
In order to meet the demands of cost control for low cost satellites and commercial satellites,satellites cannot choose space class components,which can only choose military class components,industrial class components,and even Commercial Off-The-Shelf,COTS.In order to ensure the basic requirements of high reliability and long life,one of the effective means is to select components and appropriate redundancy design according to the application level.However,there are mutual constraints between costs,layout packaging and redundancy design.So,on the basis of the relationship between the redundancy design and application level,combined with analytic hierarchy process,which is supported for selection of components and redundancy design for low cost satellites and commercial satellites.
