定向钢纤维改性混凝土制备及力学性能测试研究

摘要 为提高超高性能混凝土的强度和韧性,将钢纤维材料通过流动诱导的方式添加到混凝土中,制备一种定向纤维超高性能混凝土,并研究其性能。结果表明,添加钢纤维可以提高混凝土材料强度、韧性,并且,添加的钢纤维长度越长,混凝土材料强度、韧性越好。另外,与钢纤维未定向时相比,10 mm、20 mm长度定向钢纤维混凝土的弯曲强度增幅分别为190%、309%,拉伸强度分别是73%、146%,而抗压强度有所降低,分别是106.9、104.2 MPa,材料整体的强度、韧性良好。综上,定向钢纤维超高性能混凝土有着良好的综合性能。 To improve the strength and toughness of ultra-high performance concrete,steel fiber materials were added to the concrete through flow induction to prepare a directional fiber ultra-high performance concrete and its performance was studied.The results indicated that adding steel fibers could improve the strength and toughness of concrete materials,and the longer the length of added steel fibers,the better the strength and toughness of concrete materials.In addition,compared with the steel fiber without orientation,the bending strength of 10 mm and 20 mm length oriented steel fiber concrete increased by 190%and 309%,and the tensile strength was 73%and 146%,respectively.However,the compressive strength decreased by 106.9 and 104.2 MPa,respectively.The overall strength and toughness of the material were good.In summary,directional steel fiber ultra-high performance concrete has good comprehensive performance.
