In recent years,with the realization of the digitalization of modern newspapers and periodicals,aca-demic research projects on the collation of historical materials of newspaper art are also speeding up.In the first half of the 2oth century,as a new media industry,newspapers and periodicals have a natural connection and interaction with the daily life of the masses and the urban entertainment industry.The Quyi materials they contain have the char-acteristics of strong mainstream,wide dissemination and rich styles of popular culture,The paper points out the im-portant significance and academic value of the research on the arrangement of newspaper Quyi materials from the per-spective of combining the field with the literature,and discusses how to further explore and improve the theoretical nutrition of the newspaper literature that is conducive to the development of the discipline from the perspective of re-search methodology.
