政府购买居家养老服务标准化建设路径探析

Analysis on Standardization Construction of Home-based Care Services Purchased by the Government

政府购买居家养老服务,是政府通过向非营利组织、民营企业等社会力量购买的方式来为老年人提供居家养老服务,是解决我国老年人养老问题的一种创新方式。文章梳理了政府购买居家养老服务标准化建设现状,在分析标准化建设存在问题的基础上,提出推动政府购买居家养老服务标准化建设的基本路径,以促进政府购买居家养老服务规范发展。

The government purchase of home care service refers to the way that the government purchases services from social forces such as non-profit organizations and private enterprises to provide home-based care services for the elderly.It is an innovative way to solve the problem of elderly care in China.This paper reviews the current status of standardization construction of home-based care services purchased by the government,and on the basis of analyzing existing problems in standardization construction,proposes the fundamental path to promote standardization construction of home-based care services purchased by the government,so as to promote standardized development of government-based home-based care services purchased by the government.
