不同基质配比对艾纳香幼苗生长的影响

摘要 为筛选适宜艾纳香幼苗生长的基质及组成,以黄土、泥炭土、珍珠岩和椰糠为原料,研究不同基质配比对艾纳香幼苗成活率、地上部生长、根生长和叶绿素含量的影响,并进行综合评价。结果表明,不同基质配比对艾纳香幼苗生长的影响差异显著,以黄土、珍珠岩、椰糠为基质的T10处理幼苗存活率、株高、茎粗、植株干重、壮苗指数、主根长和平均根长等指标显著高于其他处理;较适宜的基质组成为T3(黄土、泥炭土、珍珠岩)和T4(黄土、泥炭土、椰糠)处理,基质为黄土的处理艾纳香幼苗生长最差。营养钵种植条件下,最适宜艾纳香幼苗生长的基质配比为黄土∶珍珠岩∶椰糠=46∶27∶27。 To explore the optimal substrate composition and ratio for the growth of Blumea balsamifera L.DC.seedlings,with loess,peat soil,perlite,and coconut bran as the raw materials,the effects of the substrate ratio on the growth,root growth,and chlorophyll content of Blumea balsamifera plants,and the effects of different substrate ratios on the survival rate,seedling growth,root growth,and chlorophyll content were studied.The membership function value of the growth index was compre-hensively evaluated.The results showed significant differences in the effects of different substrate compositions and ratios on seedling growth.The survival rate,plant height,stem diameter,plant dry weight,seedling strength index,prime root length,and average root length of the plants in the T10 treatment were significantly greater than those in the other treatments,and the optimal matrix components were loess,perlite,and coconut bran.The second-best substrate compositions were T3(loess,peat soil,perlite)and T4(loess,peat soil,coconut bran),and the treatment with only loess as the substrate resulted in the worst growth of seedlings.Under pot planting conditions,the optimal substrate ratio of the seedlings was loess:perlite:coconut bran=46:27:27.
